Who we are: Our mission

Cinecittà Entertainment S.p.A. is the society founded by Cinecittà Studios with the aim of developing the route for variety and diversification at the historic Film Studios on Via Tuscolana in Rome from a general services company to a fully integrated entertainment company, a multimedia company operating within Culture and Entertainment, able to capitalise on the following valuable assets:

• The Cinecittà brand
• Collective Cinema
• The know-how, the craftsmanship and the excellent industrial services present at Cinecittà Studios

The Business Units

Cinecittà Entertainment S.p.A. develops & promotes the following:

1) THEME PARK

• PARCO
• BACK LOT TOUR
  A new project is under development at DinoStudios, Cinecittà's recently acquired studios at Via Pontina. The idea is to create the ultimate in the Studio tours and to give the public the chance to see Cinema both inside and out.

2) TELEVISION PRODUCTION

• Production of television programmes.
• Production and supply of themed Cinema, television and entertainment channels.
• Suppliers of shooting and /or finished television production realized at Cinecittà Studios.
• Multimedia productions for mobile phones (UMTS), websites and ISP production, Broadband productions, TV productions for themed and non themed satellite channels.
  
  3) SERVICES: LICENSING, MERCHANDISE, MANAGEMENT

• LICENSING
  Management of the commercial use of the Cinecittà brand.
  Sales management of all Cinecittà related products.
  Third party licensing.
  
  
• MERCHANDISING
  Since 2002, Cinecittà has been developing its own range of merchandise and promoting the Cinecittà brand . This merchandise is promoted exclusively within the cinema world of Film Festivals, specialist book stores, Multiplexes, etc, and owes its success to its ability to combine stylist and innovative ideas with the classic heritage of Cinecittà. New projects in development are Cinecittà Days in partnership with Turins's Museo del Cinema, and The Cinecittà Guide, a never - before- seen guide to Cinecittà that recounts the famous sets and the unforgettable history that makes our Studios the most memorable.

• MANAGEMENT
  The management agency present at Cinecittà manages professionals such as: actor /actresses and models for television productions, cinema, advertising and fashion shows. As well as this, the agency is able to organise and produce events, fashion shows, photographic services, as well as supply hostesses for conventions and presentations.

4) ENTERTAINMENT

The long awaited and highly anticipated 'Academy' was unveiled in May 2004 by Cinecittà Entertainment and the well respected broadcast journalist and producer, Maurizio Costanzo. The aim was to create a space where the public were able to mix, mingle, and interact with the resident artists whilst they prepared for performances and exhibitions.

The building is split into a training room, 2 dance halls, a Cinema and TV room, a Theatre room, a television studio that seats an audience of 400, 3 production rooms, a bar and an outdoor stage for open air performances. The Cinecittà Campus offers courses, lessons and seminars with qualified teachers, internships and work experience with international artists, meetings, open rehearsals, performances, and casting opportunities for television, cinema and advertising campaigns. A simple membership scheme allows you to take part in all these activities and starts from as little as 60 euro per month. As a member, the public is able to interact with the artistes, be part of an audience, and also have garanteed access to all Productions staged by Cinecittà Campus.
